2023 Fall Festival

Cupertino Robotics has been attending the Fall Festival at Memorial Park annually for the past years. On September 9, 2023, members of our FTC teams and FRC team attended the festival to represent our programs. With information about our FLL, FTC, FRC, and Project Artemis programs, community members at the festival got the chance to learn about how their children can involve themselves in robotics. 

Occupying two booths, our team displayed visuals about our club and how we run our various programs. With information about FLL, we described how our organization works to introduce robotics to middle schoolers. We presented an example FLL robot from the 2022 FLL season, made by one of our FLL teams.

Joined by other local FRC teams, our FRC team participated in friendly games. Showcasing the diverse mechanisms seen in FRC robots, the friendly games provided entertainment and a visual application of robotics for viewers. On the side of the FRC field, our FTC teams held driving practice with their robots from the 2022 season. Young children and any willing driver got the chance to drive around the FTC robots and experiment with scoring using the mechanisms.
